Meet Delightment
We are a design company with over 20 years of experience in digital domains such as web and software. Our strength lies in transforming insights and abstract concepts into tangible design and brand experiences. We focus on uncovering the essence of a brand and expressing it both visually and experientially.
In interface design, we have a proven track record across a wide range of platforms, including PCs, smartphones, TVs, digital signage, and IoT devices. We also offer comprehensive brand expression design, including art direction based on brand strategy and visual identity (VI) systems.
Our notable work includes the brand design and UX/UI design for "SHARE LOUNGE" by TSUTAYA, and the UX/UI design for the cloud service "RICOH Smart IT Concierge" by Ricoh. Additionally, we were responsible for the UX/UI design of Fuji TV’s first Hybridcast-based psychological game show, which was nominated for the International Digital Emmy Awards in the Non-Fiction category in 2015.
One of our lead UX/UI designers spent six years in San Francisco, California, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University, earned in 2002.
In 2021, we founded Delightment LLC, where we support clients in maximizing their brand value through a unique approach that integrates brand strategy with UX/UI design.

インターフェースデザインにおいては、PC・スマートフォン・テレビ・デジタルサイネージ・IoT機器など、幅広いプラットフォームでの実績があります。さらに、ブランド戦略に基づくアートディレクションや、VI（ビジュアル・アイデンティティ）など、ブランド全体を支える表現設計にも対応しています。
主な実績には、株式会社TSUTAYAが展開する「SHARE LOUNGE」のブランドデザインとUX/UIデザイン、株式会社リコーが提供するクラウドサービス「RICOH Smart IT Concierge」のUX/UIデザインがあります。また、フジテレビ初のHybridcast技術を用いた心理ゲーム番組ではUX/UIデザインを担当し、同番組は2015年、国際デジタル・エミー賞ノンフィクション部門にノミネートされました。
リードUX/UIデザイナーの一人は、カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコに6年間在住し、2002年にサンフランシスコ州立大学でインダストリアル・アーツの学士号を取得。
2021年に「Delightment合同会社」を設立し、ブランド戦略とUX/UIデザインを融合させた独自のアプローチで、クライアントのブランド価値の最大化を支援しています。
